Before and After: Our client reached out about helping him reinvent his balcony. We cleaned the space up and kept it simple with renter friendly flooring and a privacy screen. We added a small bistro table so he can have coffee and host dinner with his girlfriend. He loved the idea of herbs and plants on the balcony, so we added a couple low maintenance plants and some string lights to illuminate the space at night.

Before and After: We took this front porch that had nothing on it and transformed it into a place for our client to have her morning coffee, watch the lightning bugs at night, and enjoy being outside without sacrificing her privacy. She used to avoid coming through the front door, now she is excited to come home!
